Lucid Dream Tumbling Session - Sundays WALKOVERS, CARTWHEELS, INTRO TO BHS

Lucid Dream Tumbling Class is the perfect place to advance your tumbling skills for both Dream members and non-members. (AGES 8+.. please inquire if child is not 8).

Sundays are made for our level 1 and leading into 2 progressional tumblers. Cartwheels, roundoffs, bridge kickovers, back walkovers, front walkovers, and the beginning of back handsprings.

For athletes who can confidentally back hand spring, tucks, layouts, layout fulls (level 3+) please refer to Wednesday evenings.

Come work with our wonderful tumbling coaches this summer. At Lucid Dream we will focus on progression of skill through tumbling specific conditioning and strengthening. This class is perfect for athletes looking both master current skills and build new ones.
