Lucid Dream Tumbling Class is the perfect place to advance your tumbling skills for both Dream members and non-members.

Our Group B Sunday class is for athletes working on front rolls, cartwheels, fall into bridge, bridge kickovers. This class focuses on intro to level 1 skills and perfecting. If you can not do your back and front walkover alone- this is the class for you! We want to take your athletes there! 

For athletes who can confidentally back hand spring, tucks, layouts, layout fulls (level 3+) please refer to Wednesday evenings. For athletes who are proficient in intro to level 1  (can do front and back walkovers) please refer to group B (12:30-1:15). 

Come work with our wonderful tumbling coaches. At Lucid Dream we will focus on progression of skill through tumbling specific conditioning and strengthening. This class is perfect for athletes looking both master current skills and build new ones.
